Sales
Representative Position
We are interested in highly motivated sales individuals that have proven
success in outside sales, who are not afraid to set their own goals, to reach
them, but also crush them!
The sales representative will be responsible for selling and representing the
entire Gold Star Home Remodeling service line to homeowners, builders,
interior designers and architects.
COMPENSATION:
- No cap on commission
- Unlimited income and growth potential.
- Commission paid Bi-monthly.
REQUIREMENTS
AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will be an energetic effective communicator who is
able to excel in a very independent sales environment. Candidate must have at
least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction related
field.
- Basic computer skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, Internet)
- Strong communication, listening and presentation skills
- Attention to details, and closing skills
- In home sales/ Experience selling to homeowners preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to build rapport quickly … knows how to have fun at work!
- Motivated by the need to close the deal… never satisfied with the
status quo
- Have satisfactory driving record .
